Delta Cohost Local Agent Notice
This Local Agent Notice applies to the Delta Cohost Local Agent desktop software.
The Local Agent is optional software that may enable local features such as PNGTuber visuals, clip playback, browser-source visuals, local media, and related stream components.
By installing or using the Local Agent, you agree to the Delta Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and this Local Agent Notice.
1. Official source
Only download and install the Local Agent from an official Delta Cohost source.
Echo Forge Labs is not responsible for modified, copied, tampered, re-hosted, unofficial, or malicious installers distributed by third parties.
2. What the Local Agent does
Depending on your configuration, the Local Agent may:
- Connect your local device to Delta services.
- Power browser-source overlays.
- Display PNGTuber visuals.
- Play clips or local media.
- Manage local media used for loyalty rewards or stream effects.
- Send status, event, configuration, or diagnostic data to Delta.
- Store settings, paths, tokens, or connection information locally.
- Check whether updates are available.
3. Local files and media
PNGTuber images and local media are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to upload, transmit, or share them through another feature or third-party service.
You are responsible for:
- The files you select.
- The media you display.
- Your rights to images, sounds, videos, clips, characters, likenesses, brands, and other assets.
- Your OBS/browser-source setup.
- Your local device, network, firewall, and security.
- Preventing accidental exposure of private files.
Do not use the Local Agent to display, play, store, or serve unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or abusive content.
4. Updates
The Local Agent does not silently download or install updates. Updates require user action before download or installation.
We may require you to update the Local Agent to continue using certain features, maintain compatibility, fix bugs, address security issues, or comply with platform requirements.
5. Security
The Local Agent may communicate with Delta services and local browser sources. You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system, Twitch account, Delta account, bot account, Local Agent installation, and local network secure.
You should not expose local ports, local files, browser sources, or Local Agent controls to untrusted networks or users.
If you believe the Local Agent or your account has been compromised, stop using it and contact Echo Forge Labs.
6. Open-source components
The Local Agent may include open-source components. Applicable notices, licenses, or attribution may be provided in the installer, application, documentation, or a notices file.
You agree to comply with any applicable open-source license terms.
7. No warranty
The Local Agent is provided as-is and as-available. It may not work on every device, operating system, OBS setup, browser-source setup, network, firewall, or stream configuration.
Echo Forge Labs does not guarantee that the Local Agent will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible, or free from data loss or configuration problems.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Forge Labs is not responsible for lost files, corrupted settings, stream disruptions, OBS issues, local device issues, network issues, unauthorized local access, third-party software issues, or damages caused by unofficial installers or user-selected files.
