This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Delta Cohost and is incorporated into the Delta Cohost Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

Delta is built to help Twitch streamers create lively, personalized, AI-assisted channel experiences. That includes sarcasm, jokes, playful rivalry, and streamer-approved roasting. This policy is not meant to ban personality. It is meant to prevent unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or platform-violating use.

You are responsible for your channel, bot account, persona, prompts, settings, automations, media, loyalty rewards, launch copy, and anything Delta posts, triggers, displays, or helps generate for your channel.

Delta does not decide in advance whether your use is fair use, parody, licensed, public domain, transformative, or otherwise lawful. You are responsible for those decisions.

You may not use Delta to deceive viewers into believing the bot, channel, persona, content, or output is an unauthorized real person, company, streamer, celebrity, Twitch staff member, brand, rights holder, government official, emergency service, or other entity.

You may not use Delta as a substitute for professional advice or high-risk decision-making.

You may not use Delta to provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, insurance, investment, emergency, or other regulated professional advice in a way that viewers could reasonably rely on as professional guidance.

Delta may be used for general entertainment, general wellness conversation, general financial literacy, or fictional roleplay only if it is clear, non-deceptive, and not presented as professional advice.

9. Sexual content and minors

You may not use Delta to create, solicit, sexualize, or distribute content involving minors.

You may not use Delta for non-consensual sexual content, sexual harassment, sexual coercion, or explicit sexual targeting of real people.

If you operate a mature channel, you remain responsible for age-appropriate settings, Twitch compliance, viewer safety, and any required disclosures.
